Is this real money?
No. Everything here is donuts, the in-game currency of DonutSMP. Nothing can be bought, sold or cashed out for real money on this site.
Why do I have to whisper a code in game?
It proves the Minecraft account is yours without a password. Only the person logged into that account can send the whisper.
How fast are deposits?
As soon as our bot sees your /pay, usually within a few seconds. If the bot is offline the header says so and deposits wait until it is back.
My deposit is missing.
Check that you paid from the exact username you signed in with and that the bot was online. Then contact us with the time and amount.
Why can I not withdraw right after depositing?
A fresh deposit may need to be wagered once before withdrawal. It stops bonus farming. Your wallet shows what is left.
How do I know the games are fair?
Every result comes from HMAC-SHA256 of a server seed we committed to in advance, your client seed and a nonce. The provably fair page explains how to check any bet.
What is the house edge?
Each game page shows its own edge. It is our fee, taken from winning payouts, and it is the same for everyone.
Can I have two accounts?
No. One person, one account. Alts are banned and their balances forfeited.
